India enforces even stronger anti-rape laws starting 2013, when they adopted the Anti-Rape Bill. These days the perpetrators of this crime gets 14 years in prison, and in some very rare cases, the rapist can be hanged to death.

 

11. Saudi Arabia

Within two days of a very simple and fast trial, the one found guilty is executed within two days.

 

12. UAE

In the United Arab Emirates, the punishment for sexual assault such as rape is death by hanging. There is no way out, if you rape you get executed within 7 days of your crime.

And so, these are some of the strictest and most severe punishment for this crime. But taking into account that this itself is such a severe crime, the punishment must be fitting. The message in those countries is VERY simple: don’t do it.
