Ocean Turns Thousands Of Discarded Beer And Vodka Bottles Into Something Incredibly Amazing
Ussuri Bay from Russia was once known as a dumping ground for old and empty bottles of vodka and also porcelain. But nature didn’t want to waste this and created an amazing beach, compiled only of these bottles.
Years and years later, the Pacific Ocean washed away the remaining wine, beer, and vodka from the bottles and created amazingly colored “pebbles” out of them. Once a dangerous and forbidden area, Ussury Bay has now become one of the most populated and visited areas in Russia. The authorities even called the new beach, the Glass beach and it is now a specially protected area. And it’s crawling with tourists and locals, all wanting to get that special picture of the shinning glass in the sun.
We cannot blame them. After all, this Glass Beach looks absolutely stunning and is definitely worth a visit.
