When commuting, most of us would kill the time dozing off, listening to music, reading a book or maybe watching a movie on the laptop. This guy is different. October Jones (Joe Butcher by his real name) is an artist. He prefers to spend his time commuting in a more creative way: he draws heads for his fellow commuters.
