Guy Who Went On Holiday In Japan Photographed These Hilariously Bad English Translations On T-Shirts
English and accurately translating it can be a rather hard job for some non-native speakers. This is exactly what happened when an American tourist went above and beyond to find badly translated T-shirts in Japan. In the Land of the Rising Sun, anything can surprise you. From awesome food to local temples, nothing is small and not important. But who would have thought that badly translated shirts would actually be one of the main things that could surprise an American visitor in Japan?
Well, if you do not believe us, you can see for yourself in the below pictures. From T-shirts with not so optimistic messages, such as “How depressing” to shirts with “Eat My Story” kind of messages, Japan has them all. Not to even mention that there are a lot of typos here. But by all means, please see for yourself!
