7. The Authorities

Allison Thomas David, the press officer of Carmarthenshire County Council, admitted that the mine did indeed look more like a buoy to the untrained eye, and that things like do happen to wash up on the beach. The mine woul later be secured by a specialized squad and detonated safely.
