It’s already hard enough to be a parent. It’s twice as hard to be a single parent, as in the case of single-mom, Billie from Florida. Recently Billie was approached by a complete stranger online, who offered to buy school supplies for her son.

Billie’s son is 7 and headed into second grade. And she has raised him for seven years alone, it’s always been just the two of them. Billie would say that raising a child is truly a two man job, and that without the help of family and friends, this would be next to impossible for her.

But she never expected a complete stranger to approach her online like this. At first suspicious, afraid that the person might even be a stalker or worse, Billie listened to his offer. Check out how things unfolded below:
