While some dogs are boasting personal records of most balls hidden behind the couch, this rescue dog from Mexico is adding to her performance of saving 52 human lives by getting more injured people out of the rubble left behind by a 7.1 earthquake.

Frida is a yellow Labrador that works with SEMAR, the Mexican Navy’s canine unit to find survivors of the ferocious earthquake that shook Oaxaca. Packing a pair of customized boots, a protective vest and goggles she runs headfirst into the crumbled buildings to bring to light any surviving victims she can find.

The pictures below show what appears to be a normal lab fully-prepared for Monday morning’s walk, and people that don’t know her story would not think otherwise. However, what you are looking at is a superhero that will stop at nothing to add one more survivor on her personal record sheet of saved lives.
