Grab yourself some regular toothpaste from the nearest store. Mix it up with some baking soda. Take the composition and apply it on a piece of aluminum foil. Mold the foil with the paste around your teeth so as to create your improvised bleaching tray. Now that your teeth are covered, you must keep the foil on for around one hour. Rinse and brush your teeth afterwards to clean the paste residue.

To get the best results, you should repeat the procedure at least twice a week. Do this regularly for a few weeks.  In no time, you will notice your teeth changing their color into pearl-white.  The results are amazing.

There aren’t  any major side effects of whitening your teeth. But as with any other things in life, moderation is advised. Dentists do warn us that using too much whitening products can damage the tooth enamel.
